Phew ....
U would be surprised how many "Retrospective planning approval" drawings i've had to do

yay... just called them, all finally approved today... that was pretty drama free!

now to get a builder asap..

and quotes on the door...

Bummer.

If I had of know earlier I could have got you one for nothing. The job I'm on at the moment just threw one into the skip and it was collected this afternoon.
