Congrats new life new beginning , new culture, new friends,
speaking of culture, most of us born here know of the idiosyncasies of those new to the country. Rest assued there is no need for you to dress as you did in your country of origin,
when out and about on a sunny day

Glad to hear you've made the move. Sincere congratulations. I was born here but my wife was born in the UK & officially became an Aussie 30 years ago. She said why should she ever to go back to the Old Dart when she was already in the best country in the world!! By the way don't take offence with the "Bruce & Sheila" bit as my wife's name really IS Sheila and she really has copped the flack over the years! We've been married over 33 years and she loves the Landrovers and going bush.....so, I think I'll keep her.
Keep us informed on your Defender problems.
Cheers, Erich (and his Sheila)
Congrats
Cheers Adrian
well done!
