gday there my mate just bought the new defender he brought around home to have all the fruit fitted bars racks tanks winch all the gear. could see daylight through the front door seals same with the rear door and the floor in the rear had holes left were they forgot the sikaflex . got some more stick on seals for the doors and some sikaflex for the holes in the corners of the floor fixed that problem then the test drive for the weekend prospecting out from hedland a couple hundred ks out . sitting in the passenger seat i looked over at the speedo 130ks phr and said you will run out of fuel if you keep that up phill said but its just cruising so nice .the rover is lots quieter nice seats and nice firm suspension and love that new gearbox 6 speeds and short shift .the motor has heaps of power but wouldnt like to work on it remindes me of a v8 disco plumbing and bits everywere. if only rover would wake up and smell the roses and fit the engine bay with isuzu engines about five engines later they put a ford motor in.just keep scratching my head why.anyway all and all drives a little bit better than the county love that gearbox and new dash and seats p.s just needed a bit more sikaflex on the back door seals were the side seals meet the bottom seal and wahler no more dust .

Hey mate. at the bottom of the door in the corner you are meant to be able to see the road. But yes, you'll probably get dust in there. Just part of the love.
