    I think he had a mechanical problem,.... Brakes maybe... but why he couldnt at least ram it into a gear of somesort!

    The Lion's back is on the list of things I have to do before I die...

    If memory serves, the guy that crashed, stalled the auto and then panicked. They walked away though.

    Girraween doesn't have lines like that (would need to winch). Manar 4x4 Part had a few very steep granite slabs you could drive up, but not quite the same.

    OK where is it? I have been to Manar twice and done heaps of tracks not sure if I have seen these sort of tracks thou.

    We went to Manar a couple of years ago and hubby went up the granite hill. He got just about to the top and started smoking the tyres. Its not often he asked for a snatch but that was one time he didnt hesitate asking.

    Hi guys, long time no see... The Lions back is at Moab Utah, but sadly
    you cant drive it anymore, some realestate developers bought the land and
    ended access...... damn!
