Just bought a petrol powered aussie pumps one for work to clean the nets etc.
$2k but works great and before anyone starts whinging and moaning about water usage etc, we are on harvested storm water which we can use as much as we can harvest and store in our dams.

I got the $99 job from Bunnings. It is made my karcher but I have a feeling it says different on the box  . Maybe called Winner 11 or similar.
It has seemed good for over a year now with no issues. Used for about an hour a week maybe more. Always connected to a bucket rather then to mains.

I bought a $500 gernie a few years ago - the biggest heap of crap out - supposedly a superior quality brand - my brothers $150 kartcher works better and is more reliable.

We had a Bosch unit, at $400 we thought we were buying a 'quality' unit....Bollocks to that, it was **** to be quite honest. At the same time we have a el-cheapo Supa-crap special at $79. Guess which one is strill going? The el-cheapo job.
IMO I steer clear from 'named' brands these days. The cheaper brands are much better these days than they were even 10 year ago and I can't justify the price of the more expensive units. Maybe we got a good oen but I'll pick the cheapo uniot over a name brand any day.
We also have a Karcher unit, been back twice for warranty work. This was around the $300 mark, IMO not ****ing good enough
That's my thoughts on the matter, some may disagree but I just go on my personbal expreience that's all.
