Thread: Well it was that time of year

Yes it was that time of year again had to go for the old NCT/MOT and all the shariz and miller ,good food etc we consummed since last year coupled with the lack of exercise broken wrist (excuse)etc the old Doc went thru me for a short cut so we now have to loose 25kg a least as he says I will get type two diabetes so now as well as travelling 140miles to and from work I have to find an hour to train ever day as well as eat lots of rabbit food so wish me luck
