Yep all round. Even when I ron 50 it was all of them. Tyres lasted ages and fuel econ was great. Might have been a bit harsh for some though.

Depends on what you were using it for and how you were driving it.

Than again in Yass the poor things never heated up enough to wear

In my RRC, With the heavy 4BD1 over the front, I'm running 38psi front, and 48 Psi rear.

Yes it is high for the rear, but the 255/85/16 BFG mudders have done close to 40K and looking good in the lug department

I would also suggest doing a tyre tread contact test to see what pressure you can run on your particular vehicle. Sprinkle some flour or similar on a flat concrete surface, and drive on to it with, say 35PSI all round. Check the actual contact of the tread as shown by the flour on the tyre, and adjust pressures accordingly to achieve a good contact surface evenly across the tyre.

Have a play and see how much the contact area changes with as litle as 5 Psi either way.

    high pressure

You lot must like a solid ride? 40 PSI would be like riding on wagon wheels
