    Won't bend these!

    As some of you might know, I'm forever bending trailing arms. After the other weekend's disasterous episode, I decided to make some that won't bend.



    40mm high tensile 4140, chassis end machined down to suit Defender bush. There's no way in the world I'm going to break these buggers. Thanks must go to Phil (Disco White), Mark (Langy).

    Can't wait to put them on the car.

    now that youve said you cant murphy is gunna get you.......

    you know if you convert back to leaf spring suspension you will never break or bend another trailing arm...

    Yer dave thats why we got a SIII, wont bend her trailing arms,

    I dont think even Mr Murphie will bend these little beauties, I might start riping off the chassie or axle brackets though

    but there again I'me gonna take up boating then if I hit the rocks I dont have to fix anything, just send the divers down for anything importaint
