PVA is Polyvinyl Acetate and is synthetic glue not horse based. Once upon a time though some glues, but got the gist of the post.
I think my dog know whats in PAL and wont touch it.

The Greyhound racing industry gets rid of about TEN TIMES the amount of horses.

most of these are very young dogs, fit and healthy,,

Have heard that about Greyhounds previously... a greyhound rehoming program seem to hit all the pet shows... a disgusting practice... save a greyhound, give it a home!!! :(
