    WANTED _ Film Makers

Are there any Documentary Film makers in our midst?

I have a theory about Greco-Roman amphitheatres and would like to apply for a Royal Geographic Society Grant (which includes the use of a Defender) to go and investigate my hypothesis.

I'm thinking that a Discovery Channel type doco would go well with the proposal.

The trip would start / finish in London with a sojourn to the Near East, depending on where we get permission to conduct the experiment, it maybe Greece, Turkey, Libya...

I'm hoping for a tight schedule, guessing at 3 weeks in the field with pre & post production time at home.

Film Makers in the UK are most welcome to apply too, as 1/3 of the team needs to be UK Citizens.

pm me if interested, or just reply to this post if you want to generate more discussion.

It may take me a day to reply over the next week (busy schedule).

Why don;t you try quiggers thats his line of work, atm he is a bit busy with other things, spoke to him on saturday.
a wellplaced email or pm might get him up and running.

being well versed in the selling of doco ideas he may be able to help with selling your theory to the grant people.
