i got under it tonight and grabbed both tail shafts the back one had no slack but the front one moved l to r and a metal on metal niose came from the transfer box is this ware or is it the norm they said at the car yard that it was in great condition and they said they thought it had not been off rd i got it from southern land rover in cannington what do u guy's recon i know u cant trust salesman but dam i did this time but don't get me wrong i still love the car but im worried its going to cost the earth to fix if its not covered by the warrenty

Do you know a good mechanic? Get him to look the thing over and make a list of all the stuff that needs fixing under warranty before it runs out.

Good idea,but get a specialist land rover mechanic to look at it.over this side of the country we find they are generally the best,better than the stealers.

there are heaps of guys on this site that live in WA,i am sure they can recomend someone
