Something among the junk I normally carry is a slide hammer tyre bead breaker - with a hexagonal bar, not round one which makes the direction of the end of it more controllable.
It is occasionally used for its intended purpose - to break the bead before removing tyres but more often for other things. Largely as a substitute for a crowbar for digging, levering and as a battering ram etc. Is often handy in recovery operations.
Just thought of another item which I have not checked if anyone else has listed is wire cutters that will cut fencing wire. It can occasionally be expedient to use some wire in recovery operations or necessary to cut it out of the way.
This is one of those great make you think questions. Thanks.
