I've had this problem with canola... and with capeweed.... and with some of the wattles (and the common factor with these are yellow flowers).. makes you wonder..Quote:

I have NEVER had hayfever in my life.Around 8 years ago I was swathing canola(windrowing it to dry it for harvest),the aircon failed in the tractor and I had to open the windows.My face swelled considerably and ended up having to stop work as I couldnt stop sneezing.Ever since when the canola is in full bloom my sinus' and throat swell and eyes run.We have canola in full bloom all over the district at the moment,looks pretty,but its really starting to annoy me.
Had an antihistamine before going to the Mud comp today,didnt touch the symptoms.
Trying LANDYANDY medicine now,a few cold pints.

I can be allergic to pet hair, one on one with a dog, not so much a problem, a whole heap, different scenario. Interestingly, I am also allergic to cats....not that is interesting as such as many people are....but with our bengal cat ( annoying as it can be) because it has a pelt as opposed to fur...no probs at all. Not that I am prone to cuddling it ;). So far just sticking to the coldies, if I have an antihistimine now with the brew, well as far as I know...not a good combo :),

I find i'm quite allergic to man flu!!
when ever ian gets it it really sets me off.....
symptoms are
- I roll my eyes alot
- i find myself talking jiberish about going to the doctor saying it over and over again
- i also find myself making lots and lots of cups of tea.
- oh and i dont sleep real well as i must get hot because i find myself not worrying about covers and allowing ian to wrap him self up with them.
