How many inches have you got?

...combined total of wheelbases I'm talking! What were you thinking?

Inspired by a post by Diana in the 101/FC section, I thought I would find out the length of everyones... landrovers.

For example, If you were disgustingly lucky enough to own a Defender 130, an 88" Series II and two 107" Series I... as a purely hypothetical example...
Your total inches would be 130+88+107+107= 432.

I am not so fortunate. I only own a solitary 88" Series II so my total is:

    88.

It doesn't matter. It's how you use it that counts, right?

    Hey Mate,

You forgot the stage 1, and I think one of the utes is a 109.

    So that's 107+109+88+109+130=543

So now cost that out a $100 per inch and that's what it Really costs

    Sometimes less is more

Defender (hers! ) + Disco + SII SWB = Too much work

    So:
    110 + 100? + 88 = 298? but only part of that figure gets used

    Well, that is easy - 2a plus County .... 109+110 = 219.....

........but how about the derelict 2a I robbed the brake shoes and overdrive out of, another 109, and the derelict, doorless 2a, that's another 88, and the Series 3 that I sold Tank the engine out of, that's another 109, and the chassis and firwall sitting out in the paddock, that's another 88, and then there is the one that got converted to a farm trailer ............
