    Pintle Hook Required

    I purchased a No.5 trailer (ex army trailer) some time ago and it currently resides in Melbourne. Alas, i am on the Gold Coast. I have found a member who may be able to tow the trailer up, however i need a pintle hook preferably with a hayman reece attachment. The peron towing is located in Doreen, Melbourne. I would assure anyone that assists i will courier the hook back to you. At the worst i can replace it with my own. In the worst-case-scenario does anyone know of one for sale and not too $$$ ?     Incissor and vlad both had one I thought, you might be able to borrow one, send it down and drive it back?

    I'm possibly towing the trailer up to QLD for Pete.

    Problem is, head gasket went on the Disco last night. Off the road till Tuesday, supposed to leave for Fraser Island Saturday.

    If the Disco isn't ready for me by Monday, I'll still leave Saturday but in our Ford Escape. If the Disco is ready, I'll leave Tuesday first thing and tow it.

    Question I have i suppose is if the head has just been done and half the engine taken apart, should I be towing anything and putting pressure on the system or should it all be sweet?

    What would be the express overnight post on this sucker I wonder?
