1try Champix tabs they have to be prescribed by your doc and they work i have used them and now am nearly 7 weeks without a durrie and a few mates have had the same result as for the chocolate i cant offer any help there never really been a fan of chocolate

I also wish I had some chocolate right now. I totally agree with all or nothing though. Haha, before I went away for short trip recently I bought a block of chocolate.... It never even made it to my hiking bag.
