It is a good ad - I think that LR could sell a serious number of Defenders if they marketed the thing with a "stereotyped Aussie" and made it a little, well, silly.

Some of the D3 ads have been so pretentious and art house that I doubt people have felt compelled to go out and buy a D3, but rather thought "WTF was that!"

Then again, I wonder if someone piped up and claimed that it was misrep. under section whatever of the TPA...
