Yeah mine too, though we usually pick sites with at least a long drop... that is her basic requirement as a minimum. One day when we get a camper trailer then a porta poti is on the list so more bush camping is an option. Daughter loves it to (3 years old) and of course the boys do but thats a given isn't it??

On the catch/shoot scene,(Even though I don't shoot at present) mine is a serious contender for 'survival camp'. She'll eat anything feral, and that includes that greasy fishy smelling disgusting item known as a mutton bird.(Shearwater)

That brings back memories JC. I haven't experienced the pleasure of the mutton bird since I left King Island - and the wife has never tried it.

Must make a point of it next time I visit my mum.
    Cheers .........

Ms Foz likes to camp but hates to drive. All a bit arbitrary though as she works as a theatre nurse on a stupid rota so rarely do the weekends line up enough to enjoy weekends together anyway. Still this means I get to go where I want and do pretty much what I want. So its not all bad

SWMBO likes to go on the longer trips along with the teenager daughter but as she works on most weekends she cannot make it now.

This is surely the reason we married them in the first place???!!!

I KNOW that Jules and I share the same likes and dislikes, which makes for a great future together!

Mrs Hymie just loves camping, and, after putting her through a 4WD course she has developed into a really confident off road driver as well.
I had taught her a fair bit, but coming from a different instructor made it mare relevant to her.
On our last Kimberley trip the amount of blokes who commented on her ability at the wheel was music to my ears.
Now I've got the go ahead to get a 130 and kit it out for some more extended trips
