Well, it may not be a bad thing if it suits your current needs/ situation to get rid of it. Wish you well with the replacement and expanding family and business! (A Defender would do the job real nice I reckon)

Well I may have done a bad thing... a very bad thing.
Due to growing family and business needs it was time to get a bigger vehicle so the For Sale sign went on the Disco at lunchtime then up the road to a prominent spot.
Just after 3 the phone rings, meet the guy at the vehcile and he goes for a drive.
Money should change hands Middle of this week
Now what to replace it with??? Might be one of those dirty Japenese models.....
Sorry had to vent and knew you guys (and girls) would understand

The more I think about it, the more a 130 DC would suit everyones needs...A ute for work, and a family vehicle too
You know you can't be without a landy....

I agree....bigger how? Obviously looking at Disco's they come in a 7 seater...we have all ours filled up. Business reasons....in what respect? I cannot think of any japper than can offer something over an LR when it comes to larger requirements for family or business. If I ever even contemplated a japper, I would be sure to have a mate take a cricket bat to my nether regionsTalk it through with us....
where do you need the extra space? cargo area or seating?
110 or 130 sounds like just the thing AND you get to stay with the LR family![]()

If it's extra seats you're after, Toyota make a nice troop carrier!
(running to hide now)
a commercial vehicle that carries over 1,000kg and can legitimately be claimed for work (no matter what percentage of use is work related) is 100% Tax deductible (unless the ATO has changed the rules). That makes a 130DC a very attractive vehicle. Annual depreciation is about 26% and all the servicing, fuel & add-ons can be claimed. Check with your accountant before trusting my financial advise though.
if you need more passanger room, a 110 is great for the kids while they're young, the back seat is higher and they get a good view out.
