    Santana

While washing the Lexus I reefed on the hose to get it out from under the front tyre, like you do, only to whack my right arm just above the elbow on the edge of the steel dump bin at work. It was swollen up like a grapefruit, now the swelling has subsided it is still painful and hurts to move

Sooo, in addition to this, I have caught the childrens flu like disease, and feel like, well you know.

I had nothing else for it but sit down and surf through the CD collection.

Carlos Santana. His 'Ultimate' album, containing tracks from Moonflower, Apaxas and others, is a fantastic listen. Loud with plenty of bass.

This guy can play, and collaborations with Rob Thomas and others I have not even heard of are just excellent.

My favourites are still his older late 1970's and early 80's stuff. 'She's not there' , 'Black magic woman' and Corizon Espinido' are the tracks of a true legend.

Santana, what would the music world be like if he never came along???

    There, I feel better already

Is it compulsory or something to be into Carlos Santana, Joe Striani, Steve Via Etc etc when you repair Landies for a living.

A few of the guys I know with workshops (or had workshops) all play and listen to these guys.

So JC, do you play guitar yourself?
