Yep - I'd rather donate $6.95 straight to the hospital and eat out of the bin.

Bloody hell, all these Land Rover owners thinking they're too important to eat Mc Donalds. Build an empire, buy a BMW and then tell me that Mc Donalds is below you

Personally don't mind Macca's, but only once in a while...along with the other variants. It has a purpose like anything else. If you decide to eat there morning, noon and night...more fool you...ditto with smoking, drinking excessively, hooking into some other fattening food etc etc. Like anything else, dont like it dont eat there. If I had a choice between a Big Mac and a hamburger from the local take away, local wins hands down every time ,

There is NO good reason to buy macdonalds - EVER!

While everyone is donating money, you might want to donate something to the Institute for Child Health Research as well: Homepage | Telethon Institute for Child Health Research

My wife works there. They do lots of great work in child cancer, asthma, etc, etc, and rely almost entirely on donations for their funding.
