they would want to be more superior with a big price tag . A calais/Fairmont is around the $60k approx and the rangie vogue is around the $160k approx
yes have seen the new one and have driven one and they are built for stumpy legged thin shouldered people . My right shoulder is hard up against the door pilla and have bugger all leg room .Love the outside of them . Don't look so good on the inside ;) .
I have ample room in my 110, I have just increased the size of my cubby box so in reality the seating position is an inch or two thinner than standard. No rubbing of gut on steering wheel, shoulders on pillars, I find this interesting because I read somewhere that I was supposed to be a fat so and so???????
My wife drives the D2 nowadays, it's too comfortable for me to drive more than 1.5hrs in.
Totally agree, I would survive in either the desert or the dessert for a while.
But I fit in a 110 or a small Honda sports car, (of excellent build quality and not an oil leek in it's 14yr old life) quite comfortably.
One more point to make, not meaning to offend anyone with it either. It is good that they now compare Fords, Holdens, BMW's, and Mercs together.
After all, they are all taxis.
