Off to get my Heavy Rigid License

Well, I'm off to get my truck license today and tomorrow, wish me luck.

I just can't stop smiling everytime I say "Heavy Rigid"

    Good luck for tomorrow!

In terms of driving licence the best that I did was the NSW Class 3B and subsequently Class 4 (which I now hold the current equivalent).

The sad thing about the magenta licence is that you lose the gold licence.

Don't worry, the photo on the licence is always awful.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    Why Deca?
My brother did his at Barkly's, said they were good with him.
He can be quite a handfull, so I thought they'd do alright with me as I'm much more level-headed!!!!

I was thinking in terms of employment propects. Deca is transport industry known. I have worked with drivers taught from both places and found deca guys were a bit mor confident. But in saying that my brother who never has drove a manual vehicle was send to deca to get medium ridg ticket and they throw him into a truck and then after a day told him he could go for his licence. the poor guy couldnt even change gears let alone get it around a corner without going over curve.

BTW i have been driving bus/coaches for 28 years now
