Totally agree, Specially "That was Just your Life" , Nice touch and nice composition. with heart beating at the beginning of the song.


BTW~that was the first time I've listened to Death Magnetic.

Big fan here. Death Magnetic is a great return to form as well.

Yeah, i used to love Metallica too, but lost them in recent years (or 10!!!). Your reports of the new album are good - i might have a listen sometime.

"Nothing else matters" is a great song - like that whole album.

Love the song Fuel . Used to listen to it before jumping in the speedway car . My fave of them all tho is Enter Sandman

I have all albums prior to St Anger, along with the S&M and Cunning Stunts (make sure i say that right) videos, and some Bay Area Thrashers bootleg re-release of No Life 'til Leather.
Dyer's Eve off ...And Justice For All is my favourite Metallica song, though i'm much more into Aussie metal than the imported trashy thrash thrust at us now.

Love Metallica!! I have all there albums, including st anger which IS great, though i hate the tinny sounding drums and miss the solos, i would love to hear that album redone with more typical metallica sound on the drums.

Ride the Lightning and kill em all are probobly my favourites, but since it was released i have been able to stop listening to Death Magnetic!
