Maybe PM him, as the parts are still available, the engine was fitted to the South American Ford Ranger up until recently so should at least be available from Ford there, International (who build the engines) and probably Garrett in Brazil. (How good is your Portuguese ? :D)
Oh, and Garrett won't supply parts for VNT rebuilds to anyone, they are new or exchange from Garrett only.
