Only $30, I get $75 doing backyarders on golf buggies :D
Anyway, I pay in beer
Nah I was just repeating what one of them had told me. But I will take your word on it Matt but until I see one thats all as the guys from Deacs are pretty much on the ball, but they may hae meant that it didnt come up as good as they wanted.
The general gist of it was that there were gaps and things didnt quite look finished off but they are pretty fussy buggers when it comes to how things look.
I have been told also (but Im not sure how believeable it is) that someone(another well known (maybe more infamous) Melbourne LR mechanic) put a Disco dash in a deefa 130.
Again I havnt seen it myself and this one I didnt believe.
I like my RR dash:mad:
I;ve stripped 2 RR with disco dash and had a look at the fitment, very similar, heater hose posi is the only dilema, soon fixed with a holesaw
I've NEVER fitted one and would advise people against it, but would still do the job, its a bad idea, as its simply not viable to pay someone to do such a task, correctly, on a vehicle worth merely double of what the job would cost, but If someone loved their car enough or coule do it themselfs, its suprisingly easy
Ummmmm, I wasnt talking to Rovercare Matt in that post Yvanna Vent (sp?), That was the other Matt DirtDog who loves to have a crack at any chance possible.
I take it your bored ray and are trying to start something.
I suggest your editing skills would be more appreciated elsewhere like another forum maybe :D
