I wouldn't even consider trying to do a slab that size myself. Get prices once you know the footing dimensions.
I did mine with the footings and slab in one. Assembled the frames on the slab and lifted with a jib I made for the FEL on the tractor. Tallest are nearly 6m.
That's when a couple of cars pulled up opposite a couple of times, with the owners out having very animated phone discussions to...............?
Have a fair idea who they were.
Wasn't worried.............. I was the owner and builder and it was legal. Scaffold at my discretion. [bigwhistle]
6m spans are 250mm C section here. You're welcome to pop down for a cuppa and squiz if you like.
