    Am i bad for thinking this?

    Ok so i love my land rovers and would never give them up but when i watch these vids it makes me wont to spend the money i have on something like this rather then into the disco ...i like the idea of a 4x4 that i can bash around and not feel guilty plus you can pic an amazing one of these up for around 5-10K

    It makes you a very bad person ... I suggest you stop watching those types of videos... There are other videos you can waste your time with on the net

    D1s aren't worth a great deal of money anymore. I wouldn't feel guilty about bashing it around, I'm going to pick up an around town car soon so that my D1 isn't my DD. I'd feel a lot less worried about keeping it in GC if I had something else to drive around every other day.

    I can't ever see a D1 becoming a desirable collectors/restorers item in the future, so bash it around, when it gives up in 10 years time, buy something else.

    I have three haflingers im thinking i will put some cash into one of them get it running enough for the bush and then flog it if i lay it over not a drama

    I remember dad taking one for a test drive when i was a kid , I sat in the back

    In the off road side of things i have three haflingers a 1984 range rover a 98 Discovery 300Tdi and a Pinzgauer the bigger younger rarer version of the Haflinger

    And iv thought of adding a little worked zook to the list
