its usually more accurate to describe what your asking about as an orbit rather than a circle.
kerb to kerb is something like 12m and wall to wall is over 13. for a stock 110
and 14-15+ for a 130.
it can be improved by messing with the steering stops but that can put you into chassis/body rubbing territory.
You Should try turn round in the Uk where the streets were made for horses and carts and not cars. I grew up and did my driving test in Winchester and the width of the streets are tiny there. A real art to doing a 3 point turn in a Pug 205 never mind a Landy:)
