Must be why its called Bitch u man![]()
Back to work today, had to go and look at the job we did 12months ago.Whilst on holidays the sodbusters road trains delivering grain did substantial damage during very hot weather. The bitumen bled and their tyres picked up the wet bitumen tearing the road to shreds in 4 places over 3km.Nobody bothered to report the damage as it was hapening so no bluemetal dust was spread to save the road.NOT HAPPY!!!!
Need to cut the surface off and re mix then re-seal in the effected areas.
I know there are a few others here that play with bitumen.Any of you getting quality/failure issues since the oil price went silly???
What size stone are you guys using on your primer seal and then your second seal????
Its not only our jobs that have been bleeding badly, but others done via other bitumen companies.
Thanks
Andrew
