    You think you've got big tyres?

    Just received this photo from my daughter.

    They seem to prefer big tyres in Iceland.


    1973 Series III LWB 1983 - 2006
    1998 300 Tdi Defender Trayback 2006 - often fitted with a Trayon slide-on camper.

    Big tyres Yes but they have no flex as big tyres are required for flotation over snow.

    It looks as if you would have to be prepared to do some fairly serious trimming on the guards. Look where the flares fit on the front guards.
