    Totally agree, The moron could of wrecked it for all of us hope the tow bill was extreme and the authorities smack him with the book a few times.

    Confiscate the car. After all, the police have the power to take away hoon cars if they just wheelspin a bit. This is far worse. I'd also chuck in many hours of community service on Fraser, wouldn't bother with a fine or anything. And his mates. I bet he was encouraged by at least one other person. They're all culpable too.
