Lewy110, it looks like you need a slower motor like a 55 or 65 turn lathe motor. It would give you much better climb and decent control, you loose top speed but that's not what it's about is it.

The slower motor is on the list of mods. Even though it goes pretty slow with the standard motor. Leaving it stock for a little while.
