Well I caught one last night and informed him of his trespass onto private property and interferring with my vehicle parked there is also illegal and if I see him again I would contact the Police and refer charges of trespass without curtlage, which do not look good on a security resume.
Well with him sorted I have to wait till the next "Toffee nose's convention" to let them know what is happening and introduce them to some colourful brickie expressions of disgust.
So if you see a suburb which is so neat it looks to good to be true..its because at night it is patrolled by little nazi's representing a bunch of *******.
I have recently been looking at acreage....I can't wait till the missus picks one as long as it has a huge w/shop that can fit a Deefer or two
So, how do you really feel about them

I have that problem too (not the nazis - just fitting the deefer)

    Hi Brian
I think I know which alderman you mean...when he had some clout over planning he used impose his own aesthetics on everyone else...one night he personally delivered letter to a couple in the street next to us with HIS suggestions re. changes to their propsed changes to their house plan for which they had employed a heritage architect $$$ to ensure it was in keeping with the streetscape. Another neighbour spent $50,000+ in the Land and environment court because of the 'personal interest' said alderman purported to have in the design of the (new) house...he didn't live within miles of it! The neighbour won his case handsomly. That particular alderman's pomposity and self "agrandissement"is breathtaking in the extreme ..."Can-do" should give him an office in the Clem7 tunnel...

The one I am thinking of is no longer my alderman. The ward boundaries were changed.
At another community meeting I called him a liar and he pulled himself up to his full 5'4", fluffed up like a startled cat and started to mouth off. A quite prominent local citizen and business owner stood up and loudly declared that the alderman was indeed a liar and he could prove it. He sat down and shut up before someone moved a motion and got it passed. This guy's principal achievements appear to be un-necessary traffic calming (traffic jamming) schemes in search of votes from noisy Nimby groups.
