Remember that this site is not a democracy. Nor is not taxpayer funded. Nobody is obliged to register and post. Therefore, it can set it's own rules and there is no legal or moral imperative to accept any direction other than that of the owner.
If you don't wish to abide by the rules, then by all means suggest changes, nobody is saying the situation is perfect. But if those changes are not accepted -- and remember there is no obligation to accept them, then be quiet or start your own forum.
