Yeah the 4.2 is looking more tasty for it... as the original injection will work on it and not starve it...

And if the heads are knackered..... who cares.... i'm 90% going to junk the engine... and if i use the 4.2 in it i'll put the serpentine belt on the 4.2 so i will need all the bits off it....

I was stoked when i rang her off her ebay add and asked what would she take to see it gone NOW.... she said grab it now $1k. So off in the car with trailer i went...

Its not perfect, but from the other 2 97/98 disco's i'm wrecking it will have all the bits i need..... except headlining..

Poor Rangie.... towing it back... it was like the line of cars behind me at the Phillip Island GP when you drive to the island on race day.

I'll keep it as i was looking for a good body for one of my wrecks, but this is to good to use...
if i could only find a TDi Auto at the right price............. ohhh i did... but it sold for $2700
