    Sink the Bismarck, The Dam Busters, The Cruel Sea, All Quiet on the Western Front (the original, from the 1930's I think), Guns of Navarone, D Day Sixth of June, Battle of the River Plate. (Edit) HMS Marlborough will enter Harbour.

    Will be going to the video store, with paper in hand, & try to locate some of these movies. There's a lot I've never heard of.

    What about the good old western movies? Don't see many good ones nowadays????? They've all gone soppy & girlie.

    and these days afaik theres no airworthy ME109's left.... the last, a ex spanish airforce, merlin engined ME109 crash landed on approach to duxford in 1999/2000 IIRC
