Western Plains Zoo we went for the early
morning tour cost an extra $10.00 (I think) and saw the animals in some sleeping quarters etc and hand fed the giraffes was brilliant and they have a breaky menu in the restaurant for the early risers

There are many ways down the western rivers between Boulia and Longreach. The roads are now open and the country should be an absolute delight.

Thanks for the so far please keep it up as I need ideas. I've got 3 months to finalize dverything so I'm not to concerned about road closures except in the gulf country and even then I think it will be fine.
