Yes it was a while ago just about the time of the new Centrelink name and merging of so many agencies.

My issue is not the policies, its the way you were treated by front-line staff and that nothing was ever explained or information offered properly.

After all I am not completely stupid, or if I were my subsequent Masters Degree cured it. :D ;)

Perhaps it was a problem of living in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs!
