    Toothpaste, toothbrush.

    Rinse with water.

Cold since no hot water in house.

At last, someone else who is wondering why water is used when brushing your teeth.

Check the main ingredient in toothpaste.........

    ......it's water.
    Why add more?

Very funny. Next you'll be telling us that we shouldn't fold our jimmy jams and leave them under the pillow.

Brush teeth with cold water, mouth wash when in mood.
Kids come home with an old whitening remidy Bi Carb powder from kitchen, wet brush place a bit on and brush it worked but tasted disgusting and apparently you only do it once a week and use normal tooth past the rest.
    I only tried it once.
