Without reading all the thread - I can honestly say that I'm not addicted. I just find that, like the coffee I'm not addicted to either, if I wake up in the morning and have a dose of AuLRO my hands don't shake and I don't get a headache. But unlike coffee I can AuLRO all day till bedtime and still sleep. :D ;)
