Yea, stupid things seem to wheeze to death, never really just die

Got 2 tips for anyone new to useing a roller

    1. they're ****ing slippery on hills

    2. don;t think the tank with the level indicator on it is the fuel tank.....its not, its the hydraulic fluid........So when it suprisingly runs out, you have NO brakeing and they try to roll away on their own accord, luckily you can still turn, the articulated bit still works, albeit with alot of effort, so you can roll it into a bank and they are a right pain in the ass to bleed up again

    Fun Morning

I've never had a self propelled roller here but those two drums look a bit smooth.
. I had a similar experience with a dry hired power shift 14G Cat grader. I was repairing flood erosion in the hills here and had it idled back in a sticky spot. Was on the brakes a lot and used up all the air and then it stalled. No hydraulics and no brakes Scared the **** out of me I can tell you.
