Got both of them pretty much done today (we cut it in half to get 2 out of it)
Ended up using a 19mm nut welded to the back plate, works well for doing it up:)

Just back from the UK with a suitcase full of LR spares. Included is a hub nut spanner, cost 3 pounds 98 pence ($8) from Paddocks.
So the next person going north could bring some back. Alternatively, if anyone in the Bris area is desperate, mine's available to hire for the price of a beer :-)
Having said that, your's looks a good solid job. I'd echo the comment about drilling a couple of holes for a lever though.
