No, Voda. I changed my wireless BB over when I updated the phone which explains my sudden departure from this forum. I do have iffy Voda coverage here but my previous phones rarely dropped out, merely broke-up from time to time. What is push and location services? When Synced with iTunes the phone checks for updates.
Usually this then displays "Current, will check next **/**/****" being the next day..
Well, with the impending release of OS 3 for iPhone I noticed something last night when I was syncing...
The NEXT sync date is 07/06/2009... The day of Apples Tech event, and the suspected release of OS 3...
Cant wait :cool:
If it is not locked to a provider, how much do you want for it?

Vodafone towers - Whilst not losing signal, are causing more drop-outs and break ups... This will cause the phone to operate at higher power to maintain contact and will eat battery (my LG had a 5-6 day battery life, but in the Flinders this reduced to under 24 hours as it pushed power to maintain contact)
As for texting/driving.. I see no urgency EVER that requires ANY person to SMS whilst driving....
We are a rushed society with no patience anymore...
I'm not saying I havent done it before, but wont do it anymore... Stopped doing it a couple of years ago..... Texting (not looking) and a Roo jumped out in front of the vehicle.... Phone went flying, luckily I missed the Roo strike!
The mental focus on the conversation you're texting draws your attention away from things (it has to) and the fact your hands arent on the controls reduces your reaction time in an emergency. (Has to!)
