This would appear to be a safe place to discuss a surprise for her Magesty's Birthday. Do you think we could afford to shout her a parachute jump? We may be able to do it on the cheap if we supply a bedsheet and four lengths of telecom rope. I can get the rope. It would be a lovely touch to have the sheet screen printed with Happy Birthday Panda, or something.
