Much taller, they were a fibreglass cab used by Mack here in Brisbane for the Aisia Pacific Region. I have seen one, cut down to a single drive prime mover and imported to the UK, IIRC the owner had a small fleet of oddities; another was a Road Commander I, also converted to single drive.
I used to drive an extended bonnet Mack Superliner on heavy haulage. The long bonnet was only ever available in Oz. Another truck wedged me between his trailer and a concrete barrier, destroying the bonnet and alloy bullbar. When the model was superceded the bonnet mould was sent to USA, it took Mack three week to decide if they were going to send the mould back or make a bonnet there.:(
That same truck had steering issues for the whole year I steered it, seeming to steer from the back. It was particularly bad in the wet. It had been rebushed and back to Mack a number of times, no one could work out what was wrong with it; until I blew the power divider up. Each diff had a different ratio. It had come from the factory like that.:o
