Couldn't resist the play on words.
Should be a good project - even without having to drive to Roxby to park underground.
Kepp us all posted with the pics.

With the right colour scheme (like black or dark blue over silver) and the right options, I reckon they're a great looking wagon. There's quite a few of them getting around Perth, and I was looking at a very nice one at the Caravan & Camping show earlier this year. They're VERY well appointed inside.
The jury's out on that bar though - will wait until I see one on a different colour scheme, and maybe from a different angle.
But I hope that when you mount the new bar, you're not going to have that golf club sticking up from the left hand corner. :p
I was thinking of getting some sort of therapy because I have been weighing up the pros and cons of getting one as well.
I have a predisposition against Mitsubishi after calling their car a Pajero to sell in Australia, and an even worse one against Australians buying one.
I believe that the drive train and suspension is off of the 2.8lt pajero is that correct? if it is they have been around long enough to have any problems sorted out and plenty of after market parts for them.

The limp wristed mirror on the pole attached to the bull bar definitely looks gay!.
And waiting for a bogan to snap it off in the shopping centre car parks.
What was any one thinking to create them..... it's Japanese, so there is the answer. The love child of godzilla:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:wasntme:
Swift and Shift couriers would probably order a few.
That tall version reminds me of the early Ford Anglias. You know, the ones that had a habit of falling over on their sides. :p
Now Tombie,
If you bought this from the place on North East Rd, at Klemzig, then you should have dropped in for a cuppa. We are only about 10 mins away from here. ;)
They seem to turn over a lot of them, and a couple of people I have spoken to reckon they are just about bullet proof.
Unfortunately, they have a look only its mother could love...:D
over here people complain about getting parts for them...
it is a lot shinier than my hiace and am sure parts for mine are going to be harder to get than parts for yours :P
i dont mind the looks of them myself but i am odd, but you all know that already...
Each to their own, but I like them. You see plenty of unmodded ones around, and there is a place up the road from Just Jap at Kirrawee which has half a dozen sitting in their car park...could be they are going to make some mods ala Tombie's pics...
Found this one in the Kimberley last year
