have you tried the places that stock bearmach or britpart parts?
I need to get another water pump for the SIII ... have tried 2 dealers and both say they cannot get them ... one dealer said they can't even get them from the UK anymore! Apparently they are as rare as hen's teeth ...
Does anyone either have one or know where I can get one from???
Thanks.

If it is a 4 cylinder Ser 3 then it shouldn't be a problem, try here www.britishoffroed.com and ask for Paul, (little pommie bloke) he should be able to supply you ex stock![]()

6 or 4 cylinder? fwd motors in brisbane has them i think - they are very good with mail orders too
Heres a 4 cyl one i saw on ebay - through garyclr4wd. Never bought something from him myself but always has a fair bit of stuff on ebay.

edit: Your old girl has a 6 pot though i think, this isn't much help then
SIII 4 cylnder water Pump "STC 3758" is $66.81 inc GST thru BMI
but 6 Cyl ones are no longer available![]()
Don't know Richard ... tried a couple of very good Landy places & they reckon they simply can't get them anywhere. One bloke said he'd been chasing one for a customer for a good couple of weeks ... & still he can't locate one.
6 cylinder ... thanks, I'll check it out. If I have no joy, then the wreckers it may be ...
Actually, can you get a kit for them? Maybe that's another alternative, though I would have preferred a new one. Suppose if they did a kit for them, the dealers would have said ...
I guess there is a connection between the slight overheating two weeks ago, the skulls thread and your need for a waterpump.
What was wrong with it? Leaking or impeller so eroded away it didn't do its job?
