A motor trimmer suggested to me recently that PVC was the material of choice if the truck is for commercial use, and canvas if for camping.
The PVC wears/lasts/cleans better apparently, but obviously doesn't breathe.
G'day fella's.
I have welded up a frame for the 130 and now need a motor trimmer to make the cavas cover. It is going to be a basic canopy. No flash awnings here. I am in Brisbane. Also what grade of canvas should I be looking at. The cover is going to left on the truck most of the time.
I am sure many been down this route before any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

May be worth while to check out prices from a tent / canvas repair business.
You could try a Sail Maker (yacht), they do more than just sails.

This might be useful to decide on what else you might want with it and why.
