I dont claim to know alot, but most of the ones i've met have been good old boy types with some pretty objectionable opinions. Perhaps i should have said "Some Hummer owners"...:P

damn..and I thought they were all ... "bling-wearing, bitch-toting, coke-dealing Kings Cross wildlife"...now I am confused, I don't know if I should blow your head off or jab you in the arm with a rusty needle

Guess it is a mute point as I don't own one any more, but I sure did enjoy it whilst I had it, despite the confused sterotyping.

Blow my arm off or jab me in the head with a rusty needle? Comprimise and one of each?
I think the Kings Cross reference was for H2s and 3s...

    I don't think it's a H1 but it still made me smile a little..

Oh and my son in law drives a Hummer and I have to say that I am more than impressed with it's off road capabilities... it's much more sure footed than many people think..

That is a good example of crumple zone technology. If it worked well, the doors should be able to be opened.
